退款政策

We have a 12 HOURS return policy, which means you have to report it to us after receiving your fruits to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/replace, your fruits must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need photos or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there's more than 3 pcs. damaged fruits or if you receive the wrong orders, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of orders cannot be returned, like only 1-3 pieces of perishable goods per box. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific orders.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve investigated your concerns, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded or prorated refund within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
